UX improvement in a form
As a manager I can define the permission levels for each of my team members so that they have access only to those areas that have been selected.
- The form was designed by a developer who focussed on pure implementation and functionality. The form worked correctly but created a lot of frustration for the user.
- Users were finding it difficult to find an item in the list.
- A lot of time was getting wasted in ensuring the right permission settings were selected.
- The checkbox was positioned in-between two label items as how texts flow in a paragraph and this was confusing the user as to which label the checkbox was associated with.
